TCI Risk Management was founded in 2021 by Paul van Rossum, Tanya Atamanenko and Stefan Otting. After having worked together in various companies for over
a decade, we decided it was time to start our own adventure. Our drive is to deliver expert, pragmatic and commercially focused custom services to clients as an independent safety consultancy, while enjoying a rewarding work environment.

TCI Risk Management is an independent safety consultancy. We work with clients in major hazard industries to deliver high quality assessments and practical solutions. We strive to manage both safety and business risk in areas such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Transportation and Renewable Energy. Each client, situation and challenge is unique.

As part of the role you will gain experience supporting senior colleagues on project tasks and will develop a good understanding of the technical, engineering and operational issues fundamental to safety and risk management within above mentioned industries.

Requirements:
• MSc degree in Chemical, Physics, Mechanical Engineering (or similar);
• Working proficient knowledge of Dutch and English, both verbal and written.

Activities will include:
Technical safety support to senior colleagues and clients, working in areas such as:
• Hazard identification (HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA workshops);
• Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) / Safety Integrity Level (SIL) determination / verification;
• Consequence Modelling (dispersion, fire and explosion modelling);
• Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA, RAM);
• Technical Safety Studies (EERA, ESSA, TRIA, BRA);
• HSE Cases and HSEQ Management Systems.
