TCI Risk Management was founded in 2021 by Paul van Rossum, Tanya Atamanenko and Stefan Otting. After having worked together in various companies for over a decade, we decided it was time to start our own adventure.

Our drive is to deliver expert, pragmatic and commercially focused custom services to clients as an independent safety consultancy, while enjoying a rewarding work environment. TCI stands for our core company values – Teamwork, Competence and Integrity.
